BlackBox Partners maintains close working relationships with its partners. We
rely on them for teaming agreements and cooperative work efforts, and they rely
on us for our demonstrated expertise in our core competencies.

BlackBox Partners has the following active partnerships in place:

• Advanced Systems Incorporated (ASI): a Fairfax, VA based IT consulting company providing solutions to the federal government. Partnered to join TeamASI on the Vets GWAC procurement vehicle, which ASI won as a prime contractor. Vets GWAC Contract #GS-06F-0508Z. Partner since Jan 2007.
• Maryn Consulting, LLC: a Washington, DC-based consulting company providing construction and IT services. Partnered to bid GSA's 8(a) STARS-II contract, which Maryn Consulting won as a prime contractor. Stars II Contract #GS-06F-1012Z. Partner since Aug 2009.
• Savision: an Amsterdam based software developer (with a US-based subsidiary) who provides software add-ons to Microsoft Service Center. Partnered to add Savison's software to BlackBox's GSA schedule 70 for the purposes of Reselling. Partner since Sept, 2011.
• Alpha Consultoria: a Mexico City-based training company headed by Roberto Toledo that provides Project Management Training. Partnered to translate Blackbox Partner's training courses into Spanish and to provide Spanish-language versions of Blackbox training courses in Central and South America. Partner since Dec 2011.
• BI Paradigms: an Arlington, VA-based consultancy owned by Karen Degner specializing in Agile Training and Consulting. Partnered to pursue Agile training and Agile consulting opportunities featuring Ms. Degner as the lead consultant. Partner since Oct 2013.
• Intelligent Decisions: an Ashburn, VA based company that provides advanced training to the Federal Government. Partnered to join I.D.'s team pursuing OPM's Customized Human Resources Solutions Services (CHRS) to replace the Training and Management Support Assistance Program (TMA). Partner since Feb 2012.
• Confidential Oil & Gas Customer: Partnered to provide customized training development and project management training services. Partner since Aug 2010.
• Concord Software: a Falls Church, VA based IT development firm that specializes in Microsoft application development and Web design/development. Partnered to pursue CenturyLink IT Development opportunity in July 2013. Partner since July 2013.
• Analytics Assist, LLC: a Fairfax, VA based consultancy owned by Michelle Gildea specializing in Web Analytics. Partnered to pursue an RFI on Google Analytics consulting from the Peace Corps. Partner since Jan 2014.
• I3m3: a New Jersey-based Cloud Computing consultancy led by partner David Sterling. Partner since Aug 2009.

Blackbox has several pending partnerships for burgeoning projects that will be populated here when finalized.

BlackBox has entered into teaming/non-disclosure agreements with numerous partners for the purposes of bidding on specific opportunities in the past. However, these partnerships by and large are opportunity-specific and are not binding once a proposal effort has been concluded unsuccessfully. These partnerships are not mentioned here, nor are they still legally active.
